SIR PETER BLAKE TRUST VR LESSON Students of Room 3 were very lucky to have a lesson with the Sir Peter Bake Trust which involved a Virtual Reality session. Student undertook and were exposed to real life footage of the oceans and reefs around new Zealand. They saw different types of species that can live in our water and what things are damaging out wonderful seas. Students were really engaged throughout and learnt a lot leading into our next inquiry topic. Sharing the Planet. Photos of Room 3 that were taken during the session.

DINO CLUB 2019 In room 3 we have be holding Dino Club every Friday. In Dino Club we share stories and tell interesting facts about our favourite dinosaurs. Each week is different as we have lots of different things to talk about and do. Some pictures of members of Dino Club !!!

There is plenty of wonderful activities for you to complete to improve consistency and speed for your typing skills. WOW what a fun filled packed weekend / week. All students were pushed out of their comfort zone trying different challenges. Were experienced many activities from Kayaking, Snorkling, frisbee golf, archery, flying fox, high ropes course, survivor challenge course, review night skit, raft building, hut building, Gun emplacement walk and many more. It all started off with he night walk which set the one of the camp. Not knowing where they were going to end up after the walk, the excitement of the students of room 3 become bigger and bigger. Thanks to all the lovely parents of room 3 who came on the camp and made valuable memories for the students of room 3. Here below is some the kids in action at camp!! there is plenty more to come !!!
